Piano M1 reference-grade CD-player. This transport was built to complement the Sensation amplifier series. It shares the same Melissa platform enclosure and can be customized in the same way. For your convenience, the Piano includes optical, coaxial, and two analog L/R outputs. The unit features the TDA1542 DAC chip with 176.4 Khz upsampling. The unit has dual wound transformers to power the analog and digital circuits separately. In short, the unit is as smooth sounding as it is sexy looking. The remote pictured above also works with the Sensation amplifier, for which it provides volume, stand-by, and input selection.
